The Guardian Women's Martial Arts Program offers classes in both  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing. This innovative program is one of the only of its kind in the state, and is only available at Guardian Jiu-Jitsu!

The women's martial arts classes offer a great workout, and are appropriate for all skill levels. Many of our students begin with little to no experience, so whether you're an advanced student, or a complete beginner, you can jump right in.

"Can I try a class out for free?"

YES! To sign up for a free trial class at Guardian Jiu-Jitsu, just fill out our online form.

"What equipment do I need for Women's Jiu-Jitsu?"


For your first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) class, you can wear normal gym clothes. For long term training, a Jiu-Jitsu gi is required. 

​

"What equipment do I need for Women's kickboxing?"


16 oz. gloves, hand wraps, cloth shin/instep guards, and a mouthpiece are required.

​

"Do you sell kickboxing equipment?"


Our pro shop offers a variety of Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing equipment and apparel.


We stock a variety of sizes, colors and brands, including gloves and handwraps from Fairtex.
